Lab-grown diamonds, 14k and 18k gold

A jeweler’s bench with tools and a ring under the lamp

Made for you

A piece from a sketch, or a stone you already own reset into something new. Six steps, one jeweler who stays with you from the first note to the day it arrives.

Most pieces take four to six weeks. Nothing is cast until you have approved the drawing and the stone.

How it works

  1. Brief

Tell us what you have in mind: a photo, a sketch, a piece you have seen, or just the occasion and a budget. A jeweler replies within two working days with questions and a first direction.

  2. Sketch

You get a drawing and a rendered view of the piece from two angles, with the metal, the stone size and the setting marked. Changes at this stage are free; most pieces go through two rounds.

  3. Stone

We source the stone to the grade and size the sketch calls for, lab-grown or mined, and send the certificate before anything is set. Your own stones are checked, measured and insured while they are with us.

  4. Approval

A final drawing, the stone details and the price on one page. You approve it in writing. A deposit of half the price starts the making.

  5. Making

The piece is cast, set and finished by hand in our workshop, then checked under magnification against the approved drawing. You get a photo before it ships.

  6. Delivery

Insured delivery with a signature, in a lined box with the certificate and an appraisal. The first resize is free, and every custom piece carries the same lifetime care as the rest of the collection.

Reset a piece you own

Old stones, new setting

An inherited ring or a solitaire that no longer suits can be reset into a pendant, a band or a new ring. We check the stones, show you what they can become, and keep the original metal if you want it melted into the new piece.
